For as long as I can remember I would climb doors, trees and run from place to place.
At the age of 4 I was "thrown" into the water and started life as a professional athlete. I continued to swim in the following years in swimming clubs, competitions, national championships, the Israeli team.
As a teenager who would train 5-6 times a week, one who comes to school with two bags and continues from there to training until the evening. I got a lot of self-discipline and for that I thank my parents who "threw me" into the water.
In recent years I have been working in the field of fitness, training clients, operating my clinic for sports therapy and nutrition together with my talented wife Tidhar - BS in Clinical Nutrition and MBA in Business Administration.
After years of experience, hundreds of customers, management of a global fitness brand, we decided - to establish TEAM.BERRYS - your home for fitness, nutrition and sports therapy.

I have a degree in nutrition science and a master’s degree in business administration, and a certified fitness trainer with 10 years of experience.
I entered sports and fitness during the army, I found immediate challenge and satisfaction in sports and I was completely drawn to the world of running and fitness. And the more I entered this world, the more I looked for ways and tools to be better and better.
Nutrition has such a significant part in our health. But for some reason, this part is not always studied correctly and is mostly linked to the culture and environment that surrounded us.
"I eat very healthy but do not lose weight," "I exercise and make sure to eat lots of protein and still do not see muscle."
More than once I have met trainees who do everything "right" and still fail to achieve the goals they have set for themselves.
It is important to remember that each of us is different, so customizing to our needs and nutritional requirements is very important in order to achieve our goals. Whether our goal is weight loss, gaining muscle mass, improving diet or treatment and improving disease symptoms and health metrics -
And I, I was like that too, do long and grueling workouts, busy with weight, and wonder to myself - "How am I in such good shape, but still not looking the way I would like to look?"
I thought I was eating a lot and right, but I actually did not eat enough to allow my body to be built and strengthened, only when I realized this (with the help of a professional) within a few weeks did I see a huge change.
My body finally had the resources to recover and be built.
I believe that "proper nutrition" is a personally tailored diet - that suits the needs and requirements of the diet but not only - proper nutrition is one that suits your daily level of activity, character and agenda, proper nutrition is a diet that is applicable and can be persisted. That it satisfies the body but also the mind.
As part of our meetings it is important for me to get to know you and your agenda - and provide you with a menu and nutrition that suits you and your life routine and also moves you towards your goal.
